Service Description

Each Business Owner that works with Wilson|LF begins with a session to review your business' legal foundation. We provide an overview of your options and counsel you regarding legal entity and operations, finances, taxes, and insurance options during the Session. After the Session we draft and send you a detailed Business Audit Design Summary for your review. The Session typically runs about 2 hours. The cost is applied in full towards any small business plan element(s) you move forward with.
